I've always been interested in music, especially Rock & Roll. The generally recognized starting year for Rock & Roll's was 1955, so this collection started out with that date as a base point.

While I started with that date, I found many earlier works that weren't ranked on the Top 40 charts. Since they had a direct bearing on what was to become Rock & Roll, I've included them so you can compare how the music evolved. In addition, since the Top 40 consisted of more than just Rock & Roll, you'll find other selections, including ballads, comedy, etc.

Choosing a year will take you to the page listing all the #1 hits for that year. At the bottom of that page will be the link taking you to all of the other songs I have for that year.

Then there's an alphabetial listing of the majority of my library, more than 3,800 individual songs plus over 65 albums, covering many years.
